On February 2, Ding Xibin, secretary of the School Party Committee, led a team to the North campus and Zibo campus to carry out safety inspections. The relevant responsible members of the Security Office, the Management Office of the North Campus and Zibo Campus, the Laboratory Management Center and other departments accompanied the inspection.

Ding Xibin and other relevant members went to the school’s security monitoring center to learn about the management of the main areas of the campus, went to the laboratory to investigate the safety of hazardous chemicals management and other laboratory safety work, went to the construction site to check the progress of the project and the construction safety, and pointed out the hidden problems on the spot. The relevant person in charge is required to rectify immediately.

Ding Xibin pointed out that all departments must strictly follow the requirements of the provincial education system safety work conference, strictly implement the safety responsibility system, comprehensively investigate safety hazards, and in-depth search for laboratories, canteens, student dormitories, construction sites and other key parts of the safety management weak link, implement the rectification requirements of "hidden danger is accident" and immediately carry out rectification. Ding Xibin emphasized that we must always tighten the string of safety, do not relax our vigilance, pay close attention to safety production, earnestly carry out self-examination and self-correction, eliminate safety hazards, be responsible for theland, and earnestly maintain campus safety.
