In order to further deepen the reform of the cadre system, adhere to the principle of the Party managing cadres and talents, stick to the employment standard of combining ability with political integrity and morality-oriented, embody the spirit of reform, highlight the fit of talents and posts, emphasize performance orientation and optimize the cadres ranks structure, in line with the “Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government” and the “Interim Provisions on the Exchanges of Leading Cadres of ShanDong Agricultural and Engineering University”, our school enacted the “Proposal for School-Level Cadres to Implement Tenure System and Cadres Adjustments in 2017 of ShanDong Agricultural and Engineering University”, and conducted cadres adjustment and selection from July 19 to September 12 . The implementation of the school-level cadre tenure system has strongly reinforced the leadership at school levels of all units in our school, optimized the school-level cadres leadership, provided strong organizational and personnel assurance for the promotion of the sound and rapid scientific development of the school and for the building of the modern applied undergraduate universities.
