On the afternoon of October 12, a delegation of four officers, including Yang Guohu, Deputy Director of the Foreign Experts Administration of the Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, Sun Zuxing, Deputy Director of the Department of International Exchanges and Cooperation of the Provincial Department of Education, related staffs of the Exit and Entry Administration of the Provincial Public Security Bureau and the Provincial Government Foreign Affairs Office, composed as the Qualification Examination Group of Foreign Teachers Recruitment, came to SDAEU for assessment and inspection. Party Committee members, VicePresidentLin Songbai, Wang Xingguo hospitably received theassessmentteam.
The assessment group, accompanied by President Lin, inspected the construction of the two campuses of SDAEU, and examined in details about the conditions and facilities of the foreign teachers recruitment.
Vice President Lin Songbai, on behalf of the university, expressed his heartfelt thanks for the support and assistance given to the foreign affairs work of SDAEU by the relevant departments such as the Provincial Department of Education, the Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs, the Public Security Department, and the Provincial Government Foreign Affairs Office, and also introduced the basic situation of the university and reported in details about the recent years of foreign affairs work. President Lin said that in order to meet the needs of the development of the college, especially in foreign language teaching, in order to provide students with pure language demonstration and more accurate language teaching, foreign language teachers should be hired, which would play a key role in improving the level of our teachers and has an extremely important significance in the long-term development of the university.
After conducting field visits and listening reports, the assessment team fully affirmed the scale of running a school and applying for the conditions of foreign teachers in our university. They held that our college has attached great importance to foreign affairs and opened up new ideas. Our education facilities, living facilities and safety measures are very sound, and fully prepared the work of hiring foreign teachers. The assessment group of experts has described the conditions, procedures and precautions of hiring foreign teachers in sub-sectors.
